“I have a Lenovo laptop and have issues with the fan being too loud. Does this All in One have a fan for cooling and can others hear it when on Zoom? Will a separate mic fix this issue.”

The laptop in question has always had a loud cooling fan . Check the fan could be dirty. Blow it out with canned air. If that doesn't work you will need to think about getting a different laptop. Test it first.
