• If that is the correct cartridge for that printer and the XL just stands for how many pages you can run with it. Which an XL cartridge normally you can get 500 pages.

• yes the 564xl is the same ink except its more ink than 564 bigger ink

• It's fine. You bought a twin pack. Now you have an extra cartridge ready for when the other runs out. The 564XL has a larger quantity of ink so it lasts longer.
