What series printer are you using? Mine is a 4500 series and these cartridges work fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only problem I have ever heard regarding this issue is the fact that many lower price point hp printers cannot use high yield cartridges. The printer should have the necessary cartridge # info on the printer usually on the inside of the cartridge service door.
