• Yes it does. You must use inkjet stickers.

• The rear gravity feed for blank paper makes it a bit more challenging for Avery Labels and other sticker papers. I'm sure it works fine but with the price of those sheets, if the document feeder malfunctions or jams (which these tend to do) you're going to waste some...
