Thank you for the questions. Yes, you can use a stylus with the Envy 16-h1023dx. We recommend the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.1 Tilt Pen. The laptop comes with a 200w Smart AC power adapter, which connects to the pin port on the right side. You can charge with a USB-C charger via the Thunderbolt 4 ports, however, at 140 watts, the charging will take longer. With the included adapter, this model supports battery fast charge: approximately 50% in 30 minutes
