QuestionHas anyone found a USB-C charger that is compatible with this computer while it's on? I can only get it to charge through USB-C when it's off. I think it's an HP firmware issue that needs to be fixed. I've tried 3 different PD USB-C chargers.

- Answer I appreciate the response from HP here but this isn't completely true. The computer can be "tricked" into charging with a USBC charger by plugging in the AC smart plug, then plug in the USBC charger, then unplugging the smart plug. The computer charges just fine this way and 100W is more than enough in most cases. So please HP Support can you request that this SW issue be fixed to allow some power to be drawn from a lower wattage USB-C PD charger?

QuestionHas anyone that upgraded their ram to 5600mz ram checked in there task manager and then performance to check what frequency is at because I've heard multiple people say it works at 5600mhz.mine wouldnt go above 5200mhz ? Just wondering thanks

QuestionUSB-C DisplayPort and HDMI I'm trying to find out if you can connect two external displays to the laptop since it has two video out sources. Also do you know if the Display port and/or HDMI port use the NVIDIA® GeForce RTX 4060 or intergrate graphics?

- Answer Thank you for the question. You can connect two monitors to the Envy 16-h1023dx. You can change your settings to use the discrete graphics (RTC4060) only, if you'd like.

QuestionCan this laptop be powered off one of the thunderbolt ports?

- Answer You can only charge the laptop with the thunderbolt port when the laptop is completely turned off. I have verified this with a USB-C laptop charger and a Thunderbolt docking station; neither will charge the laptop if it is turned on. This is another incorrect answer from HP.

QuestionI see on the HP website support page that this particular model can be configured with an OLED 120hz display, but currently there are no options to buy this configuration anywhere only the IPS variant. Will HP provide this model in the future?

- Answer I just bought this laptop; it will only charge with USB-C if the laptop is sleeping or powered off. It will not charge when the laptop is on. I was disappointed to hear this after the official HP said otherwise.
