“I bought this computer about 6 months ago. Sits on my desk and never leaves. The computer is on but screen is blank (nothing). This is the second time this has happened. Keys and On/Off button do nothing. Whats wrong and whats my recourse.”

It would take quite a bit of troubleshooting to figure out what's wrong. Your best option would be to contact the HP support team so they can try and determine what the problem is.
