I love my new HP laptop cool features It’s easy to understand the science as nice as I could see the screen and I really do love the HP products cause it’s very good

One of my best Envy 17's yet. Pretty light weight, boots up super fast and my newly updated processing hungry program barely effects it. Still going strong! I just bought a 16" Mac M1 and it is way heavier than this one.

Idk if it’s because I’ve been pushing through 4yrs of school with a laptop that doesn’t even get updated anymore but this laptop is everything. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I bought this $1,200+ laptop. I put hard-earned money thinking that it will last long. After 11 months, the back (bottom part of the keyboard) broke when I closed the laptop after use. It’s within warranty, but HP said that “physical damage due to accident or misuse is not part of warranty”. I repeatedly told them that I not drop it, smash against a hard object or any accident or misuse. It just cracked open. I think the material used in this laptop is substandard. Now I have to buy another laptop our of my own expense. Folks, do not waste your hard-earned money to buy this overpriced and substandard laptop.

I have not previously owned a laptop and I’ve never used Microsoft 10 before. So i’m struggling a bit and it is difficult for me to evaluate this product after only a week of usage. (There were initial set-up delays.) I also haven’t been able to sync up my printer with this laptop. I didn’t anticipate having to replace my printer, too. On the positive side, I like the clarity and readability of the 17” screen. All of this may explain why I’m doing this review on my iPad.

Love! Great quality and super great for a student. I love a big screen and this was the best to have. Downside is to prevent itself from over heating the fan is pretty loud.

This laptop has a larger screen and back-lit keys (love it!) and meets airplane personal item criteria; sturdy, lightweight, and fast!

I have no complaints about the hardware. This Laptop looks good and works great. I hate that Microsoft tries to make you subscribe to everything. I hate that I have to go and delete programs that I hate before I can add the ones I love to use. That's the only reason it didn't get the full five stars. The speed is excellent.

Fast computer and easy setup. Fan is a little noisy but not a real problem. Love the 17 inch screen

I have never been fond of laptops but this has definitely changed my mind. I bought 1 for myself and 1 for my husband. The touch screen helps because I am awkward with using a laptop touch pad. This is so slim but sturdy and so easy to navigate. It has plenty of speed for playing some of the online games I like but works just as well for the business side of things. I highly recommend you try it especially if you previously haven't liked a laptop computer.

I bought this computer when it was on sale for around $1250.00 My last computer that I bought in 2015 was a HP Envy 17.3 screen, but after very heavy use, and after some recent problems, I went looking for a new one. I like and need the larger screen which is why I went with this new one. I bought it for work and I need a reliable, fast computer, that can handle a lot of tabs open, including live zoom sessions. So far this computer fits the bill. I do have a couple slight worries. I just bought this computer on 1-2-2021 and a few times this computer has gotten a little noisy. Also, just after a week and half of having this computer, one time the whole screen went blank/black for a second or two while I was working :( This kind of gives me a sick feeling like there could be something wrong. I hope not. I guess I'm going to stick it out and hope that nothing else goes wrong with this new and very pricey computer.

I was looking for a touch screen laptop that was at least 17 inches. I was happy when I had found this one, but this computer just keeps surprising me. The quality is great, it does not feel flimsy, yet it is lighter than others I have seen with this size. It loads very quickly, and the display is great.

Fast computer great screen. Keyboard is responsive except for the delete key. Not sure why is doesn't delete when I hit the key. That's why I rated it four stars. But, I will see if there is cross talk about this issue at HP. If not, there is always the geek squad.

We had an ASUS laptop computer with an SSD that needed to be replaced. We certainly wanted another laptop with an SSD. The HP Envy fit the bill and we are very pleased with its performance. It is noticeably faster than our ASUS computer. We have noticed, as has been pointed out by others, that when the fan cycles on, it is a noticeable noise. This is not too bothersome and certainly not enough to make us regret our purchase nor should dissuade anyone from purchasing this computer.

I am so happy I went to Best Buy to shop for a new laptop. Looking at the laptops on display, I was unsure of what all I really wanted my new laptop to do. My husband, who doesn't do computers at all, found the HP-Envy 17.3" and suggested it. I have Multiple Sclerosis and am limited doing new and different things. I was looking for an easy to use and larger screen to see. This was the laptop I was looking for! I bought this one and am so glad that I did! I have had this laptop since March and I am still learning new things about it daily. It is a remarkable computer and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you, Best Buy!

I am no computer expert. Bought this for home use. It is sleek and fast. Only had it up and running for just over a week, but very impressed so far. Light for a 17”. Touchscreen is a nice addition. Backlit keyboard is another nice touch.

This is a very great machine to be used as portable desktop. Large 17.3" screen and powerfull i7 processor with 12GB RAM for a very good price. Sound quality is amazing (not the strongest) and clear. Great for light video editing, photos editing and office works (the main reason I bought it for). Internet browsing with no issues. Some other light computer games no problem. Using it mostly plugged so I don't really care about the battery life. Keyboard feels great as well the large touchpad. Easy to use and easy to clean.
