QuestionHow is the internal microphone? i have an HP Envy from 2 years ago and the internal microphone is not clear and HP will not do anything about it. I would buy this one if it does not suffer from the same problem.

- Answer The built-in webcam and microphone are designed for use in web conferencing. They work great! The webcam is not designed for photography.

- Answer Yes, this comes with Windows 10. I find the large screen size is helpful for Excel/Spreadsheet work which is a cornerstone business application and so I'd be happy to recommend this for business work.

- Answer I can use a regular stylus to touch the screen and move the screen up and down. Hope this answers your question. However I can just touch the screen to click on something and open files.
