Alex, thank you for your question in regards to running Windows 11 on this laptop! Yes, you can use it without the internet. When you take it out of the box, all you need to do is check "I don't have internet" during the setup.

However, at the very least, you should connect from time to time, so that you can keep the Operating System updated. Also, there are some features that come with the OS that are only accessible via an internet connection. If you search "local or Microsoft account" you will find out what these are, and whether they are worthwhile for you in particular.
