Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you sure you have WiFi where you are? Test this somewhere you know has service, like a library. Is the WiFi locked, but you don't have the password/SSID? Ask someone at your site about this. Is WiFi turned on? There should be an icon on the far right of the Taskbar allowing you to check what networks are in your area. Is Airplane Mode turned off? This will block any wireless internet connection. Are you too far from an Access Point/router, or are there too many physical impediments between you and the signal? Try moving around, or using your phone to diagnose this.
