• Where have you been buying your computers before this??!! All reputable dealers will sell you a Windows PC with the operating system preinstalled. The cost is part of the purchase. The only exception to this is SOME PCs targeted to businesses, where the buyer might want a version of Linux. In those cases, the price would also be slightly lower (around $50).
