• Thank you for the question. The Envy 14-es0033dx has onboard RAM - soldered on and cannot be upgraded. That shouldn't be a problem, as the 13th-generation i7 processor makes good use of the RAM, automatically assigning tasks to performance cores and efficiency cores, as required. The SSD can be switched out for one of more capacity if you'd like more storage.
