• Thank you for your question. If you click on the Microsoft Office applications on the unit, it should take you directly to where you need to put the code in to activate the product. You may have to setup your email if you have not already done so. If you have Best Buy Total Tech Support or Geek Squad Support with that unit, you can contact them for assistance.
