• Thank you for the question. The privacy shutter key on the Envy 14-es0033dx is on the top row of the keyboard, second from the right, above the backspace key.

• Check the top ridge just above the camera. You should feel the slide. (I found this out after a few weeks of thinking my camera was broken lol)
