• Because this computer ships with Windows 11, there's no previous verison of Windows to go back to. You'd need ot purchase a full copy of Windows 10, format the current drive, and install Windows 10 on the now blank drive.

• this comes with win11 home as the install there is no way to roll it back short of reinstalling with a windows 10 iso and license
