• Hello and thank you for asking. The HP Envy 2-in-1 16-ad0023dx can convert from a laptop to a tablet and back. While data can be transferred from one computer to another, programs cannot. However, they can be reinstalled from the original installation media. Please contact the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy for assistance.
