“The wireless phone charger will not work. I have enables the setting in BIOS. What else am I missing to get it to work. My cellphone does have the wireless charging capability as well. Thank you.”

The issue was unable to be resloved by HP customer serice. I worked with support for over 2 hours before they gave up and said they will call back tomorrow to see if resetting the computer worked. It did not work. I will be returning the computer.
