Be sure you have not overfilled the paper tray. The paper needs to slide under the guides in the tray. You can also try lift the printer slightly off the table and push the paper tray in. This works for me to ghelp the paper tray slide in easier..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able just to push it shut, and lift up the little lip so that it's closed. If you have it extended for legal size, then the front lip will not shut, but it should still latch.
