“I bought HP Envy 5055. All-in-one I thought I can print, copy and SCAN. Can somebody teach me or give me instructions how to use the “scanner”. There’s no CD included. Thanks I really need it.”

You have to call HP to have the scanning software installed. If it is extra expense; I have not a clue. I do have a hearing impairment and I have been unable to reach someone at HP to assist me. The advertisement does not mention that scanning software is not included. I do recommend HP products except I am disappointed that both Best Buy nor HP do not mention that additional software for scanning is necessary in their advertisement. I would return the printer to Best Buy for credit or either have them download the software for you for no extra charge.

The scan to computer software should've been installed when you set up the printer. But if not, here is the User Guide that will walk you through everything!! http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05643392
