• I would really like to know myself. I believe the cartridges have less than full ink cartridges. That is based on a conversation with the Best Buy sales person. I do plan on buying the cartridges at Best Buy instead of going through the ink refill program with Hp. Hope this helps.

• Yes they are the standard size and come with full levels of ink. Has worked nicely so far....
