“Tray Open Error. Tray is clearly closed but it says it’s open and I have to close to continue. Anyone else have this error or know how to fix it? Brand new out of the box and this happened during the initial setup.”

Mine did this once. I opened it up like there was a paper jam and it hasn’t shown that error again. It actually did jam a few times
