• Yes, you do not have to sign up for HP Instant Ink or Best Buy Easy Replenish, both services are optional and can be started, canceled or changed at anytime.

• Yes it will print tax documents but you better buy extra cartridge when you first buy it.Only get about 50 pages before it says low on ink.You don’t have to sign up for the automatic ink replacement either.

• You can decline the ink shipments when you sign up. I did and printed my husband and I's taxes.
