“Don’t want wireless due to security. Reviewers say that setup requires a mobile device and app. Is there a way to do setup with wired configuration? Also do I buy a standard printer cable with square connector on one end and USB on the other end?”

• Setup is most convenient with our mobile HP Smart app, but you can still do a wired configuration to a desktop or laptop with a USB 2.0 Type Male A to B cable.
