What are you trying to download? HP app or drivers? If you are in midst of trying to connect wireless this printer is ridiculously uncooperative. The best way to make the connection is connect with a USB cord to your computer to make the connection. However there is not, and should be, a port on the printer that accommodates the cords most people have on hand. They should include one or a different port. If you have a proper cord, find the instructions on HP to connect wireless using usb. Good luck, ridiculously arduous making this thing connect.
