- Answer Yes you can. I use my phone as a hotspot. With the app installed on my phone I can easily print from my phone or my laptop. I've had no problems printing

QuestionMy college doesn’t suggest using wireless printers because the connection in dorm can be bad sometimes. Is this printer only able to be used wirelessly or is there a way to get around that? It’s the perfect size that I need!

- Answer Yes. You can use WiFi Direct, which won't use the school's network, or you can plug it in directly with a standard USB A-B printer cable.

QuestionThe latest OS FOR a Mac desktop is: 10.13.5 You don't mention this in one of your other answers! Also I recently purchased an Epson as they have always had excellent tech support. NOT ANYMORE! I threw printer back in box and returned it.

- Answer Thank you for your question! This printer supports Mac OSx 10.8 and above. You cannot use the drivers in the box as they are for Windows. You will go to Support.HP.com and search the model number and get the mac driver utility from there.
