- Answer Maybe your putting too much paper in the tray at a time. Take some out and see if it works

- Answer Hello, no HP has a specific line of printers for use with sublimation ink, they are called the HP STITCH Printer series. Inkjet printers are not designed to work with sublimation ink. Thank you for being an HP customer!

- Answer Thank you for asking. Apologies, the Envy 6055 does not have a USB port for saving scanned images to a flash drive. For that feature, please review the Envy Photo 7855 or The OfficeJet Pro 8035e, 9015e and 9025e printers.
