“How do you do the 2 sides at one time. No instructions to do that. Also doesn't tell you when you need new ink cartridges.”

Did not know this printer prints both sides. Do not think that it does, If it does, I do not know how to work it and there are no instructions on how to use printer. I guess HP assumes we all know how to set up and work this printer. I would never buy this printer again.

Please try again later.When you go to print a document, the window that comes up with printing options should include one for doing two sided printing-you may need to scroll down the list of options to see it. If you're signed up for the Instant Ink program, you should be sent cartridges before it runs out. If you're not and you're not getting a message that the printer is low on ink, contact the HP support team so they can troubleshoot what's happening with the printer.
