“Is a credit card required to purchase the HP- Envy, 6055e wireless, Ink Jet Printer, especially to get the 'Instant Ink' program? I don't own a credit card, paying only with cash / personal check, have done so for years.”

If you purchase the printer in store, I imagine you can pay for it any way you want. I did have to provide a credit card for the ink program.
