Thank you for the question. Set up your print job from the control panel, not the printer. Download the full-featured software from HP here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7800-all-in-one-printer-series/9073159/model/9073160. Go to “Paper/Quality” / “Layout” tab and select “Advanced tab” Look for an option which says “Borderless printing” and make sure it’s turned “On” Go to the image you want to print, open the image and make sure the correct settings are selected and then try to print.
