“The printer is stuck on white screen with the hp logo with blue start up line. I have taken out the ink cartridges unplugged the printer cable from printer and wall waited 3 minutes and replugged and still nothing.”

I had a problem where it would not print in color. I deleted the printer from my computer and then reinstalled it and it solved the problem. The internet hp help site said it had something to do with the upgrade to windows. Hope this helps.
