• Like the other two said, you can use both, but actually you better, that is, better keep a USB connection handy. The wifi is fun - when it works - which for me is only sometimes. However, you and I have something in common: we want or need it to connect and print out what we need EVERY time. Thatr's where your USB cable comes in, so you can at least print that way. Which is also fun, but not really. we paid for a wifi printer. Other than that it could be a nice printer.
