• Yes directly from your phone .... But Note: the printer only comes with "Set Up" ink cartridges... Good for about three photos... You also need to buy regular HP XL cartridges which will run you another $75

• To utilize the fax feature with the Envy Photo 7855 printer, you will need a landline, however you can fax through a smart phone via the HP Smart App's mobile fax feature.
