I printed several pages yesterday from my iPad without issue. Sounds like your printer hasn't established a wireless connection yet to your modem so it can establish it's own network. I suggest checking the printer network's integrity and the iPad's recognition of your printer's network. Not that it helps in your situation, but my Android phone also works fine with this printer.
