You need to be sure the auto document feeder is selected in the settings when you scan. Visit https://support.hp.com for further assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to make sure the papers are pushed back enough to be recognized by printer. I have scanned and uploaded so many items and went to different apps such as Google drive, drop box, ect. I do know that it was confusing setting up on computer as I have a chromebook but it does work.
