• opened the box and NO it did not come with ink cartridges

• Yes, a power cord and initial ink cartridges are included.

• Yes, the printer comes with both ink and a power cord. When you set up the printer and sign up for Instant Ink you'll be sent the first cartridges quite soon so you'll have them ready when you need them.
