- Answer If you’re going to do this, you would need to dedicate the printer specifically to only sublimation work, and maintain it as such. Keeping up with the proper ink and cleaning. Other than that, yes, sublimation paper is not thicker than average printer paper.

QuestionWhen printing 2 pages in black ink the 1st page is faded then disappears on 2nd page. Checked ink level and I have sufficient ink. This is the second time this has happened. I'm throwing away a perfectly good black cartridge what's the problem?

- Answer This just happened to me as well. When you replaced the black ink cartridge does it automatically work properly again? And I was told that if I let the ink sit for too long without printing often it might cause the ink to thicken or clump? Not 100% sure what they told me happens to the ink but it does what you mentioned after sitting to long. Hop this helps.

- Answer Hello, no this printer is not enabled with fax features. If you are interested in having a fax,copy, scan, print, printer then please consider the HP OfficeJet Pro series which starts with the 8025e, then steps up to the 8035e, 9015e, and 9025e as all come equipped with the faxing feature. - Answer Love my Envy Photo 7855 Printer! It provides several options to print photos from your phone. Using my IPhone, I can send a photo directly from my phone to the printer, or I can use the small (round) door on the left bottom side of the printer and attach my phone cord to the USB Port from phone to printer.
