“I will likely print mostly from my laptop wirelessly. If I am say in a document or wanting to print an email or from a web page, can I just choose Print as normal or is there something different you now have to do to print?”

yes, you can print as normal. but if you happen to be out of paper or ink ... there are lights that will illuminate on the machine ... but then you will have to refer to the owners manual or the APP to figure out what the lights mean. There are NO BUTTONS on this copier or NO words that tell you to click on it in order to copy, etc
