• Hi Debbie, thank you for the question. 12 x 12 constitutes large format printing. Large format printers are not eligible for Instant Ink service. Note that the OfficeJet Pro 7740 and certain laser printers can handle formats up to 11 x 17", but if you definitely need 12" wide, you'll need a plotter, like the HP DesignJet series.
