Can this printer print on printable vinyl? null

Yes this can print on inkjet printable vinyl.

No it does not, I printed a sheet out with a new cartridge and the quality was terrible and it was set on best and it never dried, I wiped it off with a wet paper towel after 2 hours and came completely off. I called HP and they told me it is not compatible.
