Q: QuestionMy Windows Hello Fingerprint and Face are both not working. The fingerprint randomly stopped working a little bit over a month ago while the face never worked on the computer. Is there any way to fix this issue?

• A:Answer From what I know, there isn't a Windows Hello Facial thing on this model, as mine doesn't have it. It only has a fingerprint sensor for biometric unlockings. Go into settings and disable and reenable fingerprint. Or just restart your computer first. I've had the fingerprint sensor just not want to work sometimes and it's just temporary for me.
