- Answer I have an Anker USB-C adapter that has Ethernet and three regular USB 3 which works great. Any USB-C adapter should work fine.

QuestionDoes this specific HP envy 360 have a built in microphone? I tried to meet on zoom and could hear others but they cant hear me. When ingo to settimgs and sounds and attempt to set up microphone, the drop down box has no options to choose from.

- Answer I had to contact HP support and they walked me through uninstalling and re installing the microphone. They said the windows 10 update messed with the realtek microphone

- Answer The HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx has an HP Wide Vision HD Camera with camera shutter and integrated dual array digital microphone. You can of course choose to use an external microphone instead of the integrated microphone.

- Answer If you want that natively ...... get a Chromebook. There is no Google play store on a Windows machine. You can use and emulator. Google "Blue Stacks." The Emulator runs somewhat slow, but it's your only option for Apps on a Win10 machine. GL
