“Does this specific HP envy 360 have a built in microphone? I tried to meet on zoom and could hear others but they cant hear me. When ingo to settimgs and sounds and attempt to set up microphone, the drop down box has no options to choose from.”

• I had to contact HP support and they walked me through uninstalling and re installing the microphone. They said the windows 10 update messed with the realtek microphone

• This version does have a mic. You might need to enable it the windows 10 settings.
