Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is common in many HP lap tops. if the screen goes to sleep and you close the lid. When you open it up it is "locked" into sleep mode. Unplugg the battery for a reset. Also, take off sleep mode. While it will run down your battery atleast you will use it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is exactly what happened to mine today. I bought this compute less than a year ago on 8/20/19 and today 08/21/20 it quit working. Also my geek squad contract expired too. Weird huh?
