Hello HP Team, I'm sorry to question your answer on this; however, another member of the HP Team posted this conflicting response about 5 days earlier: "Thank you for the question. The RAM is upgradeable by a trained technician by virtue of the location and proximity to the L-ion battery." I suggest one of the answers need to be changed. Thank you.
