• Actually the M.2 PCIe SSD can be upgraded.

• Yes windows hello is on this computer and option is yours to activate. Not sure on expandability but office 365 package comes with a ton of cloud storage.

• I am not sure about Windows Hello. It is my understanding that you CAN. RAM and SSD is NOT upgradable (unfortunately!).
