You might not need additional RAM due to the method the 12th generation i7 processor uses in managing RAM with performance cores and efficiency cores, especially laptops built on the Intel Evo Platform. Officially, with onboard (soldered) RAM, this laptop is not user upgradeable, however, a good professional technician could perform the upgrade for you.
