It was difficult for me to cancel, called their support twice and continued getting billed for 3 months after requested cut off date.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sheri, I would call the HP Instant Ink Contact Number and request cancellation. No Contract with that program. That should free you up for the Best Buy Plan. I’ve used the HP program for several years and have had no issues. Printer orders the ink cartridges and I have envelopes to recycle the old parts. You can set your printing needs by plan and all can be done online. Thanks!
