“Is the Instant Ink plan available on all HP printers? I'm looking at InkJet and Laser printers. Is the Instant Ink plan available for either printer?”

for all new HP inkjet printers yes. There is only 1 laser printer that you can us instant ink on and it is sold at Staples.

The Instant Ink program is available on any HP inkjet with wireless connectivity except for the OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format. The program is not currently available for laser printers.
