“Are the cartridges that come with the printer full cartridges or are they starter cartridges?”

• The printer comes with standard toners and there are higher capacity toners available for this printer. But, I have printed about 50 to 60 color and B/W documents and it stills shows the toners at 100%. With my old inkjet, it would have used at least 25% of the cartridge capacity to print the same amount of pages.

• From the specs on HP website, printer comes with: "Introductory HP LaserJet Color cartridges (approx. 700 color composite (C/Y/M) page yield, and approx. 1400 page yield black)" So the color cartridges will print about half the number of pages of a regular new cartridge, and the black cartridge will print the same number of pages as a regular new cartridge.
